The hotel provided reasonable prices. Greatly enjoyed this brand-new venue: outstanding food and friendly staff. A double room included central heating, TV, and a mini bar fridge. Its favourable, central location was a plus. The airport was 10 minutes' drive away.

The bed was uncomfortable, that's sad thing.

The location was central, wonderful easy to access main roads to access surrounding areas. And it was also very close to Vila Real in the North of Portugal and a shopping mall-phantastic and Portugal for 40 years. The room was amazingly clean and absolutely perfect, with smoke detectors and pleasant views of mountain and sky...

I booked it many times and recommend. The room was very well sized, very comfy bed. The location was favourable and magnificent for Vila Real, very close to the outskirts of the Town, Portugal for 40 years, and lake. The pool bar was available on the premises.

Fairly clean place with magnificent view of mountain and sky. Contemporary, good-sized rooms, great bed, very helpful staff. Big bathroom and a walk-in shower with good sewerage.

we stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel was brilliant and clean, with marvellous location on the city center. location: the venue was right by surrounding areas as well as the bars & restaurants. nothing too much trouble, the venue met every demand.

Separate bedrooms and toilets. Renovated building with taste. Nice host. Good breakfast. Lovely swimming pool.

I loved staying in this hotel. It had a great location. Opposite a large shopping mall and close to the city center, it's perfect for exploring the city on foot or driving around. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh bread and pastries. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

As a backpacker, I loved the beautiful and calm atmosphere at Borralha Hotel. The property was lovely and quiet, yet conveniently located within walking distance to the town. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, with a wide variety of options including a custom-made omelet. The dining room had a peaceful environment with a view of the trees. The staff in the breakfast room were very kind and helpful. Bruno at the front desk was a welcoming and knowledgeable manager, providing excellent recommendations for dinner and hikes in the area.

During my Christmas stay, there were two aspects that I really enjoyed. the room was spacious and very comfortable. The bed provided a restful night's sleep, and the overall ambiance of the room was cozy and inviting. the food was delicious, especially the dinner we had to celebrate our anniversary. The romantic package brought extra touches like a flower bouquet, champagne, and strawberries with chocolate, which added a special touch to our celebration. the hotel's location was a key advantage. It was situated in a picturesque area, and although it was outside of the town center, it was still within walking distance, allowing us to explore the city without much hassle.

There were a few aspects that could be improved upon. the staff could be more attentive and focused on the guests' needs.

The mini-bar provided a nice touch, allowing for refreshment at any time. The hotel also offers a dining restaurant, a bar/lounge area, and a snack bar, providing plenty of options for meals and drinks. the staff and amenities at this hotel made my stay enjoyable and memorable.
